Anyone who loves to sing can join the Somerville Community Chorus! There are no auditions and the membership dues are only $85 ($75 for students) per season. You are not required to sight-read music and practice mp3 files are available to help you learn your parts. Remember, no auditions! If you like the chorus, just pay your dues and you're in!  All voices are welcome - especially tenors and basses!

Join us for the FALL 2015 season:  The Fall Concert on December 13 will feature Christmas and other seasonal themes.  Highlights include a couple of Glorias - one by Daniel Pinkham, another by John Rutter.  Two carols will be sung in Scottish Gaelic.  We're also going to have a brass ensemble to complement our voices.

Open rehearsals will be held at 7:15 PM on Tuesday, September 8 & 15 at the Somerville Council on Aging. Feel free to attend one or both of these to learn about the chorus and the season's program. Weekly rehearsals are held there every Tuesday, 7:30-9:30 PM. The Somerville Council on Aging is located in the Tufts Administration Building (TAB) at 167 Holland Street, a little more than half-way from Davis Square to Teele Square. It's a 5-minute walk from the Davis Square T and parking is available. Enter the building through the Holland Street entrance, go up the stairs, turn left, and walk to the end of the hallway.
